KC Rally is a relatively new sport. Incorporating obedience around a course of designated stations with the dog in heel position. Originally created in America where it's called Rally-O. In England, KC Rally is the Kennel Club's branch of the sport.
Unlike regular obedience, (waiting for the judge's orders), the competitors proceed around the course, which consists of 10 to 20 signs that instruct the pair what to do. Also, unlike traditional obedience, handlers are allowed to encourage their dogs during the course.
